Tell us what happened

To help investigate a gameplay problem, include:

• Your device model and Android or iOS version.
• The game version, if available.
• The world and stage, and the steps that led to the problem.
• An optional screenshot or short recording, with private information removed.

Your progress

Progress is currently saved on your device. Before clearing app data or reinstalling, consider the effect on your progress and device backups. An online progress-recovery service is not currently available.

Purchases

Real-money purchases are not connected in the current test versions. Earned coins and purchase simulations do not charge money. Purchase and restore guidance will be added when real purchases become available.

Privacy and families

A parent or guardian can contact us with a question or request about a child's information. Please avoid sending unnecessary personal information. Read our privacy policy for details about the current development and testing stage.
